CSW Mediation Law Firm has been operating in Wrocław for 5 years. We specialise in commercial and civil mediation. Our team consists of experienced mediators registered on the list of the District Court in Wrocław.

Confidentiality
All information disclosed during mediation is subject to full professional secrecy and cannot be used in subsequent court proceedings.
Impartiality
The mediator takes no sides — their role is to facilitate dialogue and help find a mutually satisfactory solution.
Voluntariness
Mediation is entirely voluntary. Either party may withdraw at any time without any legal consequences.
