Three ways of conducting mediation

We tailor the format to the needs and possibilities of the parties. Each method leads to the same goal — a lasting, court-approved settlement.

Most effective

In-Person Mediation

The parties meet in person at a shared table — at our law firm in Wrocław or at a location agreed upon by both parties (neutral ground). Direct contact enables quick clarification of misunderstandings and builds trust.

  • Immediate response to the parties’ positions possible
  • Individual (caucus) and joint sessions within a single meeting
  • Settlement can be signed as early as the first session
Convenient remotely

Email Mediation

The parties communicate with the mediator exclusively through electronic means. Each party may present its position, supporting documents, and settlement proposals at a time convenient to them, without the need to coordinate joint meeting schedules.

  • Complete flexibility regarding time and location
  • A documented written record of communication and positions presented by the parties
  • Particularly useful for disputes involving parties located in different cities or countries
Fast and accessible

Phone Mediation

Mediation sessions are conducted by telephone or via video conference at pre-arranged times. The mediator initially holds separate confidential discussions with each party (caucus sessions) and subsequently facilitates a joint mediation session.

  • No travel required — saves time
  • Sessions can be arranged even on the same day
  • Works well for urgent disputes requiring swift intervention
